Better inputs
Choose photos and roles for a better band video
Improve lighting, separation, framing, and the placement of your lead and sax player.
Choose a clean source
Use a recent, sharp, well-lit photo with one visible face. Match the lighting direction across cast photos when possible. Keep hands away from the face. JPEG, PNG and WebP uploads are accepted, with an eight-megabyte limit per image.
Compose for the final frame
The band scene uses a portrait layout. Keep the lead near the center, reserve room for the microphone, and place the sax player to one side. A crowded starting image often loses instruments or crops a supporting performer.
Understand quality limits
The current Seedance workflow delivers a 19-second video at your purchased 480p or 720p resolution. Higher resolution does not repair a blurry photo or guarantee a better likeness. Inspect the full result before publishing. Hands, teeth, jewelry and saxophone keys can still change between frames.
Resolve identity problems early
If the result has the wrong person, retain the original order and contact support. For a new draft, replace an unclear source photo or simplify the cast. Never repeatedly submit the same uncertain task: a network failure can leave the provider request accepted even when the browser did not receive a response.
