Open a task in the original browser or find an eligible paid video by purchase email, understand its status and get download help.

Payment, progress and download

When checkout is available, saving your photos opens secure payment directly. After successful payment, return to your order status page. Allow about 5–15 minutes once generation starts; queues or content review can take longer. The download button appears only after processing, output review and private storage have finished.

Closed the page by accident?

Open Order lookup in the top navigation using the same browser. It lists your saved order links, and the server checks your session before showing the result. Bookmark the status page as well. Media is retained for seven days from the initial save; closing the page does not cancel a confirmed task.

Recover an eligible paid order

Enter your purchase email in Order lookup, choose an eligible paid order and claim your download. No account or verification email is required. Knowing the purchase email may allow access; this does not prove mailbox ownership.

Two recovery windows

Each eligible paid order has two ten-minute email recovery windows. Repeated downloads within an active window do not consume another window. Unready or missing files do not consume a claim. Your original purchase browser does not consume an email recovery window.

If a task stops

A saved draft is not a payment confirmation. Queued, rendering, assembly, output-review and ready are different stages. Email luhuairong7@gmail.com with your order number and purchase email for a missing result, regeneration or refund request. Requests are reviewed under the Refund Policy. Do not pay or submit again to resolve uncertainty.
