Information we process
We process character photos, assigned roles, the fixed site-template identifier, scene instructions and fixed video specifications, order email, draft and task identifiers, generated media, review decisions, support reports and access records. Cloudflare also processes network/request information to serve and protect the website. Do not upload identity documents, sensitive private records or material you cannot lawfully disclose.
Why we use it
Inputs and task records support the workflow you request, content review, private generation and delivery, recovery and customer support. Review records and limited operational logs help prevent abuse, investigate problems and preserve required evidence. Purchase records also support billing, refunds, tax and dispute obligations. Where applicable, processing relies on the requested service, legal obligations, legitimate operational and safety needs, or your consent when required.
Hosting and private storage
Cloudflare hosts the website and API. D1 stores draft, session, task, review and report records; private R2 storage holds uploaded and generated media. Media access requires authorization or a short-lived provider-access link. Service providers may process data in other countries under their terms and applicable safeguards. No system can guarantee absolute security.
AI and media providers
When an authorized request proceeds, uploaded photos are sent to fal’s GPT Image 2 editing API to create colored-pencil references. These prepared portraits, the silent template video and scene instructions are sent to RunningHub for Seedance 2.5 generation, using its documented ByteDance asset-processing mode. Necessary portrait files may be cached in fal storage, and generated silent video may be sent to fal for clipping. The fixed soundtrack stays in our private storage and is added by our own server; it is not sent to RunningHub or fal for generation or audio processing. Content can be reviewed by the site operator before submission and delivery. Before generation, the final text instructions are also sent to Waffo Pancake’s prompt safety API. Only an allow verdict permits generation. This text scan does not inspect photos or template media, which still require operator review. Customers upload photos only; reference video and audio are supplied by the site. Providers process information under their own terms and retention policies; deletion from this site is not a guarantee of immediate deletion from a provider’s systems.
Payments and Waffo Pancake
Waffo Pancake provides the hosted checkout. Only the email, product, price, currency, order reference and related transaction metadata needed for a purchase are shared with the payment provider. Photos, reference performances and generated videos are not part of that payment payload. Separately from payment processing, Waffo receives the final generation instructions for text safety screening; we do not include the purchase email, media files or private media URLs in that scan request. Waffo’s scan documentation states that the check does not retain the original prompt after returning its result. Card and billing details belong on the provider’s checkout; this site does not receive or store full card numbers or CVC codes. The provider may have its own billing, tax, fraud and retention obligations.
Cookies and browser storage
A necessary HttpOnly session cookie keeps the current browser authorized and can remain valid for up to thirty days. Browser localStorage keeps text draft settings and the entered email so you can resume a draft; photo/video files are not saved there by this workflow. Clearing browser storage removes that browser’s draft settings but does not delete server records. Optional Google Analytics loads only after explicit consent on public pages. Advertising, Google signals and automatic enhanced measurement are off. Microsoft Clarity is a separate optional choice, loading only after consent on public pages without query strings or unknown fragments. The entire page is masked; the photo and report forms are explicitly masked. Private order and download pages are excluded. Clarity can set _clck (normally one year) and _clsk (normally one day) after consent, and Microsoft may process cookie/device data under its privacy statement. We do not send identify calls or connect recordings to order emails. Analytics receives a public path and page title, without query strings, page referrers, photos or order emails. Order lookup and download pages do not load analytics. The outstanding-analytics-v2 localStorage preference lasts 180 days. A necessary outstanding_analytics_denied preference cookie can retain a rejection for 180 days, with a sessionStorage/window-name fallback when storage fails. Google may set first-party _ga cookies after consent (normally up to two years). Reopen Privacy / cookie settings in the footer to withdraw consent. Withdrawal disables future collection and removes accessible first-party analytics cookies; it does not delete provider history or guarantee removal of all third-party cookies. If preferences cannot be safely saved, analytics remains off.
Retention and deletion
The draft’s media access expires seven days after the draft is first saved. Scheduled cleanup then removes its uploaded and generated media; deletion is not necessarily instantaneous at the expiry moment. Expired draft/task records are scheduled for removal after thirty days from draft creation. Prompt safety records include an instruction hash, verdict, reason/category codes, provider check identifier, retry timing and timestamps; the scan log does not duplicate the original instructions. These per-draft scan records follow draft deletion. Content reports, review evidence, support correspondence and any required transaction records may be retained separately while needed for a complaint, safety incident or legal obligation. These records do not all share an automatic deletion deadline. Ask support about a specific record.
Order lookup and private access
The original authorized browser can access its saved orders. You can also enter the purchase email to find eligible paid-order summaries and claim a short-lived download window without an account or verification email. Anyone who knows that email may find and claim an eligible result; this does not verify mailbox ownership. Each paid order allows two ten-minute recovery windows. Lookup does not consume a window; unready or missing files do not consume a claim. Refunds or expiry revoke access.
Public references and external links
Trend-reference videos and posters are separate public site content, not customer uploads or generated downloads. Silent previews may autoplay while visible unless reduced-motion or data-saving preferences are detected; full sound loads when you choose play. Original-post links open TikTok or another third party under its own policies. We do not operate a public gallery of customer results in this build.
Your choices and rights
You can decline to upload, clear browser draft settings, and request access, correction, a copy, deletion, restriction or objection where applicable by contacting luhuairong7@gmail.com. We may need to verify your connection to a record before releasing or deleting it. Explain any outstanding delivery dispute before requesting deletion. We will explain any legal reason for retaining particular records. Where applicable, you may complain to your local data-protection authority.
Children, sale and further use
This service is for adults. Do not submit photos or other personal information about minors; report unintended collection to support. We do not sell uploaded photos or videos or use private customer media as public examples without separate permission. We do not use your inputs to train our own AI models. External providers’ practices are governed by their own terms, so we do not promise zero retention or no training on their behalf.
