Service and acceptance
These terms apply to Outstanding AI Template at https://outstanding-ai-template.space. You must be at least 18, able to enter into this agreement, and entitled to submit your materials. By using the workflow you agree to these terms, the Privacy Policy and the Acceptable Use Policy. Contact luhuairong7@gmail.com with the relevant order number or page. Current availability
Saving a draft is free and does not place a paid order. When checkout is available, Waffo confirms the one-time payment before generation starts. Return to the original browser or use the purchase email in Order lookup to claim an eligible paid video; no verification email is sent.
What the paid product includes
The published offers are Standard 480p at US$9.99 and HD 720p at US$19.99: one 19-second portrait H.264 MP4 at the selected quality, using one saved draft and its approved character and reference materials. Up to four character photos can be assigned to distinct band roles. No video or audio upload is required; the fixed performance template and soundtrack are applied automatically. Original songs and creator footage are not bundled. The current product offers one Outstanding band performance template with fixed duration and your selected 480p or 720p quality.
Price and billing
The price is US$9.99 for 480p or US$19.99 for 720p per video, paid once. There is no subscription, automatic renewal, automatic top-up or recurring charge. Any applicable tax and the final total must be displayed before payment. Waffo Pancake provides the hosted checkout and merchant-of-record payment service. Order confirmation and delivery
A purchase is tied to the saved draft and the item stated at checkout. Delivery is authorized only after server-side confirmation of payment and the required content review. A return URL or a payment-success message alone does not unlock files. Approved results appear in the private Downloads area as an MP4. We do not promise an exact completion time or deliver the video by email.
Access, retention and email recovery
Use the original browser session for your private draft and result. Eligible paid results can also be located through Order lookup using the purchase email, without an account or verification email. Anyone who knows that email may find the paid-order summary and claim access: this does not prove mailbox ownership. Each paid order permits two ten-minute recovery windows. Media access expires seven days after the draft is first saved; download and keep your own copy. We do not promise permanent hosting or unlimited new renders.
Cancellations and refunds
You may leave an unpaid checkout without placing an order. Duplicate charges, an unresolved failure to generate or deliver the purchased file, and a confirmed material technical defect are eligible for a refund. Other requests are reviewed individually. Do not pay again to resolve the same order. Approved monetary refunds return through the original payment provider; timing depends on that provider and the bank. A refund revokes future downloads and unused generation rights. See Refund & cancellation for the full process.
Your photos and likeness permissions
Keep the rights you hold in your inputs. You grant us a limited permission to process them for review, generation, delivery, support and enforcement of these terms. Use only your own materials or materials you have permission to use, with permission from every adult depicted. No minors, public figures, unauthorized recordings or voice cloning. Consent does not override a prohibited use, a model restriction or the payment provider’s eligibility rules.
AI models and output limitations
The current workflow uses fal GPT Image 2 for colored-pencil portraits and Seedance 2.5 through RunningHub for silent video generation, with fal video-only processing and private-server soundtrack assembly. Results are AI-generated fiction and can contain likeness errors, incorrect mouth movements, altered clothing, distorted hands or instruments and changes to a reference scene. We do not promise perfect lip sync, exact reproduction, celebrity imitation or a particular creative result. Do not present a result as evidence of a real performance, statement or endorsement.
Content, ownership and third-party rights
You retain your existing input rights and may use the delivered result to the extent permitted by applicable law, these terms, provider conditions and third-party rights. We do not guarantee exclusive copyright in AI output or clear music, likeness and recording rights for you. The site’s software, branding and original materials remain with their respective owners.
Restrictions and termination
The Acceptable Use Policy forms part of these terms. We may reject or hold a request, restrict rendering or access, remove prohibited media and terminate abusive use. Requests rejected by a provider are not automatically resubmitted elsewhere. Contact support to appeal. Where we cannot provide an eligible paid service, the refund rules and mandatory consumer rights still apply.
Service limitations and consumer rights
The service is provided as available and relies on third-party services that may be interrupted or change. You must review an output before publishing it. Nothing in these terms removes mandatory consumer rights or excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. We do not require you to give up statutory remedies by downloading a faulty file.

Updates are dated on this page. The purchase description and terms shown for an order apply to that purchase; changes do not authorize an additional charge.
