Who may appear
You must be at least 18. Submit only your own photos or photos of adults who explicitly agreed to appear in the requested AI-generated context. Do not submit minors, public figures or someone who has not agreed. The uploader remains responsible for obtaining the necessary permissions.
What the upload confirmation means
The creator asks you to actively confirm your age, permission from every person shown, rights to uploaded photos, and agreement to the Terms and Acceptable Use Policy. The confirmation is recorded as part of the draft; it is not identity verification, a model release issued by us or automatic approval of a prohibited use.
Fixed site template and soundtrack
The site supplies the performance template and soundtrack automatically; customers do not upload video or audio. The operator is responsible for confirming the necessary rights in these site-supplied materials before enabling public generation. A social-media download or the absence of a watermark is not proof of those rights.
Limited permission to process
You retain your input rights and authorize only the review, provider processing, generation, private delivery and support needed for your request. We do not acquire blanket ownership of your photos. Publishing private customer media as a marketing example requires separate permission.
Restrictions still apply
Authorization does not make face swapping between real people, intimate composites, voice cloning, fabricated real-person conduct or other prohibited uses eligible. An AI label does not cancel those restrictions. We may ask for further information or refuse a request under the published policy.
Someone used your image
Contact luhuairong7@gmail.com with the relevant order number or page. Do not send payment-card details, passwords, API keys or identity documents. State where the result appears and why you believe the use was unauthorized. We can review the relevant record and restrict or remove access when warranted. Do not send sensitive identification unless specifically needed through an appropriate process.
