1. Sexual content and nudity
Do not request or upload pornography, sexual services, explicit sexual activity, sexualized real-person imagery or nudity transformations. One-click undressing and similar uses are prohibited.
2. Violence and gore
Do not create graphic injury, gore, torture, violent threats or material promoting violent wrongdoing. The music-performance workflow is not a tool for depicting harm to people.
3. Hate and harassment
Do not create hateful or extremist material, discriminatory abuse, dehumanization or targeted harassment. Do not use a generated performance to humiliate or threaten a person or protected group.
4. Child safety
Do not upload minors or generate sexual, exploitative or otherwise unsafe depictions of children. Child sexual abuse material and grooming are prohibited. Report suspected unsafe material to the contact channel rather than redistributing it.
5. Deepfakes and impersonation
Do not swap one real person’s face into another real person’s footage, transform someone into a specific other real person, generate intimate kiss/hug composites, clone a real voice, or fabricate statements, conduct or events attributable to a real person. Public figures, deceptive endorsements and false evidence are prohibited. Consent and an AI label do not override these restrictions or provider prohibitions. Requests that fall within a provider’s prohibited real-person synthesis category will not be processed.
6. Copyright and trademarks
Do not submit unlicensed songs, recordings, performances, brand assets or protected characters, or material infringing copyright, trademark, privacy or publicity rights. A source link, a download or a lack of a watermark does not grant reuse rights. The service supplies no license to an original Outstanding song or third-party creator video.
Adult materials and eligibility
Use only your own photos or photos of adults who explicitly agreed to the requested AI use. Hold the necessary permissions for the uploaded photos, people depicted and your intended publication. Consent is required but not sufficient for approval. We may refuse a request even if you own the uploaded file.
Review and enforcement
Inputs and instructions are held for review before model submission; completed media is held for review before display or download. The operator can reject a request, withhold delivery, restrict future rendering or access, remove violating content and revoke unused rights. We do not offer a switch to bypass review or automatically forward a rejected request to an unreviewed model.
Reports and appeals
Contact luhuairong7@gmail.com with the relevant order number or page. Do not send payment-card details, passwords, API keys or identity documents. Explain the alleged violation, the relevant reference and your connection to it. An operator reviews reports and appeals. We may preserve necessary review evidence while a complaint is unresolved. Abuse of the reporting process and attempts to access another customer’s media are prohibited.
